The Marriage Tag

What are your names? Jordan Welsh Wilde and Tanya Marie (McKnight) Wilde

How long have you been together? 6 years in November...wow, has it really been that long??

How long did you date? HA! Depends on who you ask...if you ask me, we dated for 3 months and separated for 1 month because I wanted to marry Jordan and he didn't want to get married...so I left for Utah for a month until he finally decided he wanted to marry me. If you ask Jordan, we dated for 4 months and I cheated on him, lol. Tomato, Tomato. Either way, I got my man!

How old are you? Jordan just turned 27 in April, I'll be 26 in October...now ask me how old I FEEL...?

Who eats more? Definitely Jordan...hims a big boy. (: But, when I'm pregnant I can give him a run for his money...although I shouldn't.

Who said I love you first? Jordan, on our 3rd date! I looked at him like he was crazy and said "That's nice." Lol.

Who is taller? Jordan > 6ft Me > 5'8''

Who is smarter? We are both equally very smart...sometimes too smart for our own good. Jordan can sell the pants off of anyone, and I too know a lot of useless information...why is that?? I could definitely be smarter than a 5th grader or be a Millionaire.

Who does the laundry? Right now, my younger sister Elise. I'm too fat and prego to do it. She's awesome at it! I hate laundry, so when I'm in charge of it, it doesn't get done as often...but they smell good!

Who does the dishes? Again, right now it's either Elise or on rare occasions, Jordan. I can't bend over too well. And to Jordan's credit, he works 14 hour days...so he's not really expected to do too much house work. I love him. He's spoiled.

Who pays the bills? Duh, ME! So Jordan doesn't see how much I spend...Lisa, girl you got it backwards!

Who mows the lawn? That's all Jordan's department. He takes great pride in our yard, and he's very good at it too. Our grass is like walking on a luxury golf course. No joke.

Who cooks dinner? That's all me. The ONE thing I can do around the house. I like it too! I just recently dubbed myself queen of the grill. I'm very proud...and humble. (:

Who drives when you are together? Are you kidding??!! Jordan would probably have a brain aneurysm if I drove while he was in the car. Seriously, I can count on one hand the number of times I've driven with him in the car...in 6 years! He has his own issues and reasons for it...I gave up 3 years ago.

Who is more stubborn? We're both really stubborn..I'm just loud and obnoxiously stubborn. Jordan is the quiet stubborn. Now that I think about it, I'm probably the most stubborn...whatever.

Who kissed who first? I don't like this question...so after our 2nd date, I tired to kiss Jordan, because I knew we both wanted it, but that boy pulled away from me, and shook my hand goodnight! NOT because he was a gentleman or didn't want it, because he kissed me on our 3rd date the very next night....but because HE wanted to kiss me. He was in charge. Punk!

Who asked who out first? Jordan had to ask me out twice before I would say yes...long story, but it's a funny one!

Who proposed? Well, it was really no surprise, because I was living in Utah, and he came to visit me from Houston for a week and we talked about getting married there and made plans for it...but on his flight back home to Houston, he wrote me a full page poem and officially proposed to me in that. It is seriously the sweetest and cutest thing I've read!

Who has more siblings? For a while, I had 4 and he had 3, but Jordan's parents adopted a 4th a couple years ago, so now we're equal...except mine are almost all girls, and his are all boys.

Who wears the pants in the family? For a while, I used to take pride in saying that I did...but that's changed a lot over the years, and I'm very happy to say that we're equal in the pants sharing department. (I gave him a leg :)

I tag anyone who has the time to do this...it's actually quite fun. Thanks Lisa!

YAY! I like these kinds of things once in a while to get to know someone a little better, no matter how well we think we know them! How have you been lately! Love ya!
